Whether you're a beginner eager to learn the basics or an experienced dancer looking to refine your skills, our classes offer instruction in ballroom, swing, and Latin dancing.
Standard lessons pick up in January, running as a progressive series across multiple weeks. Workshops are offered throughout the year for those wanting to focus on a single dance or technique.
Lessons rotate partners — you'll dance with everyone in class — so singles and couples are equally at home.

Dances we teach
Ballroom
Waltz
The elegant, flowing foundation of ballroom — smooth rise and fall in 3/4 time.
Foxtrot
Classic American smooth — the "everyday" ballroom dance for social occasions.
Tango
Dramatic, sharp, and iconic. American and International styles.
Latin
Rumba
The romantic Latin dance — slow, expressive, and connected.
Cha-Cha
Fast, flirty, and fun. Great for building rhythm and musicality.
Swing
East Coast Swing
High energy, playful, and endlessly sociable. A crowd favorite at every social.
West Coast Swing
Smooth, slotted, and musical. Increasingly popular as a modern social dance.
How payment works
Dance lessons are payable in person, paid in full, at the first lesson, in cash or check payable to USA Dance. Current pricing will be confirmed at registration — chapter members receive reduced rates.
